A PUB PARTNERSHIP is for many, the start of the journey into the licensed trade or a chance for experienced licensees to receive a full and proper share of a pubs trading volumes. It is the most cost effective way of becoming a licensee with only a minimal investment and no long term commitment.   As a pub partner you will spend five days on a residential training course to gain five nationally recognised qualifications. You will then be placed in a working pub for seven days to gain experience in all aspects of the practical side of running a pub.   On completion of the first two parts of the scheme you will be then transferred to our placement division who will introduce you to pub operators that can offer you the opportunity to run the pub of your choice in the area of your choice. If your initial pub does not meet your requirements we will transfer you to another one without additional costs.
